Departure from Fast Fashion

For fashion label As Intended, the pop-up store at Design Orchard was envisioned as a retail journey — one that invites shoppers to take a “Departure from Fast Fashion.”

 

The concept reimagined the retail space through the lens of an airport experience, using iconic travel elements such as directional signage, terminal gates, and baggage claim cues to create a playful yet cohesive storytelling environment.​

Every design detail was crafted to capture the spirit of travel and intentional living, while introducing visitors to As Intended’s collection of functional, comfortable, and stretchable apparel — pieces designed for both everyday wear and effortless journeys.

​The travel-inspired setting not only reflected the brand’s philosophy of mindful consumption but also celebrated the freedom and versatility of clothing made to move with you.

The result was a visually engaging, concept-driven retail experience that merged fashion with the thrill of exploration — encouraging shoppers to slow down, stay curious, and rediscover what it means to dress as intended.
